5. The Prize

One winner will receive a three-night stay for two people at The Byre in Talmine, Sutherland, Scotland.

The advertised stay is from Thursday 25 February to Sunday 28 February 2027.

The prize includes:

  • Three nights' accommodation at The Byre for the winner and one guest.

  • Daily use of Soul Solstice Sauna's wood-fired sauna, Elsie, during the stay, subject to arrangements agreed in advance and safe operating conditions.

  • One personalised Aufguss sauna ritual with Soul Solstice Sauna, arranged with the winner in advance.

The following are not included:

  • Travel to and from Talmine.

  • Food, drinks and meals.

  • Transport during the stay.

  • Personal expenses or additional activities not expressly listed above.

The prize is intended for the winner and one guest. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel and any other expenses not expressly included in the prize.

6. Adverse Weather and Rearrangement

The North Highlands can experience challenging winter weather. The safety of the winner, their guest and the sauna operator will always take priority.

If adverse weather or other safety concerns make it necessary to postpone or rearrange the stay or included sauna experiences, the organisers will contact the winner as soon as reasonably practicable.

Where rearrangement is necessary, the accommodation and included sauna experiences may be rearranged together for an alternative date, to be agreed between the winner and the organisers.

Any rearranged stay and included sauna experiences must take place before 1 May 2027, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

The organisers will make reasonable efforts to agree a suitable alternative date with the winner. The winner must be able to attend the agreed rearranged dates.

The organisers cannot guarantee that the original dates will proceed if conditions make the experience unsafe.

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received across the official Instagram and Facebook competition posts combined.

The draw will be conducted using RandomDraws UK or its associated random draw service, provided the selected service supports the combined entry process.

Duplicate entries will be removed before the draw so that each eligible person has no more than one entry.

The organisers will retain an appropriate record of the draw and the selected winner.

The selected entry will be checked against the eligibility and entry requirements.

8. Contacting the Winner

The winner will be contacted by direct message through the platform on which they entered.

The winner must respond within 72 hours of the initial contact.

If the selected winner does not respond within this period, cannot be verified as eligible, or declines the prize, the organisers reserve the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

Once the winner has been confirmed, the organisers will contact them to arrange the accommodation and sauna experiences.

9. Privacy and Winner Announcement

The organisers will use entrants' information only as reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, manage entries, select and contact the winner, and arrange delivery of the prize.
