Soul Solstice Swims
Where cold water meets calm courage.
The Experience
Every swim is an invitation — to breathe, to connect, and to remember your strength.
Guided in small groups or 1:1, Soul Solstice swims are held with care, safety, and deep respect for the sea. Whether you’re stepping into cold water for the first time, rebuilding your confidence after a break, or celebrating something special, each session is designed to meet you where you are.
You don’t need to be a strong swimmer — only open to slowing down, listening to your body, and letting the water hold you.
What to Expect
Each guided session lasts around an hour and includes:
A gentle on-shore welcome and grounding practice
Safety briefing and sea conditions check
Guided entry and breathwork support
Optional reflective moment or warm drink post-swim
You’ll be supported throughout by Brogan — a qualified cold-water guide trained in safety, aftercare, and trauma-informed practice.
All sessions are fully risk-assessed and responsive to weather and tides.
Who It’s For
Anyone curious about cold-water swimming but unsure where to begin
Those rebuilding confidence after time away from the water
Friends or families looking for a mindful, memorable activity
Small groups celebrating birthdays, milestones, or shared intentions
Some swimmers come once, others return season after season — building confidence, resilience, and deeper connection each time.
