Sauna Ritual Waiver & Safety Agreement

By booking and attending the Sauna Ritual on 18th December, I confirm the following:

Health + Safety

• I am in good physical health and do not have any conditions that would make sauna use unsafe for me (including uncontrolled high/low blood pressure, recent heart issues, fever, open wounds, or heat sensitivity).
• I understand that sauna use involves exposure to high temperatures, ice, essential oils, and heat transitions, and that these may affect individuals differently.
• I will listen to my body and take breaks, step outside, or end the session if needed.
• I will stay hydrated and inform the facilitator if I feel unwell at any point.

Personal Responsibility

• I take full responsibility for my wellbeing during the session.
• I understand that participation is voluntary and at my own risk.
• I release the facilitator (Soul Solstice) and the hosts (Seaview Sauna) from any liability for injury, illness, or adverse reaction that may occur.

Before the session

• I confirm that I will avoid alcohol or recreational substances before the ritual.
• I will arrive on time and follow all guidance given throughout the session.

Aftercare

• I understand that heat and cold exposure can affect circulation and energy levels, and I will allow time to rest, rehydrate, and integrate afterwards.

Location & Directions

• I understand that directions to the sauna location will be emailed to me once my booking is confirmed and my form is submitted.
